From the living room with large windows, through which you can admire the sea, you move into the covered dining area with a functional open kitchen. There are two double bedrooms, a small bedroom with bunk beds, and two comfortable bathrooms, one of which is en suite, both featuring spacious shower stalls. The villa also has a third bathroom and a third outdoor shower. Adjacent to the living area, there is also a convenient covered outdoor dining area.

Villa Le Pigne is surrounded by a lush garden that starts from the colorful driveway adorned with oleanders and magnolias, leading to the large English-style lawn that encircles the house, the olive trees, and a vast pine forest.
The property offers a convenient swimming pool, approximately 8x5 meters in size, which is also illuminated, along with a sunbathing area and outdoor showers. The villa is furnished with great taste and attention to detail. An expansive terrace on the upper floor, as large as the entire villa itself, provides a fantastic view of the Preveto sea, framed by Sicilian ceramic pine cones. It can be a wonderful opportunity to enjoy an aperitif while admiring the sunsets of Marettimo to the west.
The English-style lawn surrounding the house is bordered by typical dry stone walls. The secluded location and the abundance of vegetation ensure the right amount of privacy.
Unspoiled nature
Favignana Island
The entire island is easily accessible by bicycle. A well-organized bus service allows for convenient transportation. No matter which direction you go from the house, you can enjoy the spectacle of the Arab gardens carved into the small and numerous tuff quarries on the island. From Favignana, you can reach the other islands of the Aegadian Archipelago by hydrofoil and return on the same day. A reputable Diving Center offers guided dives in incredibly stunning locations. At the harbor, you can rent rubber boats or boats with a sailor for fishing or excursions.
Approximately 1 km away, in the small fishing village of Punta Lunga, you will find a windsurfing school, a sailing school, a diving center, and fresh fish.
